Photography, videography and drones including personal and professional photography and photo shoots are strictly prohibited in Piazza Pomino and other residential areas on the Montaluce property, examples include but are not limited to engagements, family portraits, graduation, prom, homecoming and other situations that may or may not include hiring a third party photographer.

• Piazza Pomino is defined as the entire community located on “Piazza Pomino”, including the entire road, the residences, and the Piazza including the green spaces, bocce ball court, and pavilion.
  
  
• Third party photographer is defined as one who may or may not be compensated for his/her services.  If a third party photographer indicates they have permission to access Piazza Pomino “at any time” or similar, this information is incorrect and this individual may be subject to removal or revocation from the property.
